Vertigo............

Well yesterday I woke up dizzy, havent felt good since we went to the cheerleading comp. in I went to urgent care and he said i had a viral inf of the ear causing the dizziness. Gave me to prescriptions. Didnt go in until 12 today and worked till 4.

We found Amber a car it is what she has been looking for, 2002 Honda accord with a sunroof. We will get to bring it home sometime this week.

Long time no blog updates!

Well we are now into the new year 2009! I have been off 2 weeks (except for one day I worked) while the kids were out of school. Got alot of rest did the usual holiday things, Scrapbooked and read some. We had a good Christmas, both kids got new cell phones and I accidently did too!
Kids went back to school on Monday, new semester, Hunter's is taking two AP courses which look like they will be hard. Amber has all hard classes this semester too.

Of course with a new year I have the same resolution to lose weight and get in shape. But its really more that I want a lifestyle change as far as my eating and exercise habits go. I know that I can lose but keeping it off is the trick. The biggest part of my problem is my schedule, especially during basketball season. We have two nights a week that we have 2 games and Amber has tumbling two nights and Church is two nights. But I know it can be done with the right planning and frame of mind

I need some energy!

Today was a rainy day, worked till 3:15, went to Pals and got a sauceburger w/cheese, fries and tea. Me and Amber went to Wal-Mart, I talked to my cousin Debbie who works in the photo lab. I had to get a Color ink cartridge for my printer. I got a new haircut yesterday and blonded, I like it but my color may be to light. Spending to much time on the computer tonight so I didnt get anything done. Burned a cd of Beach pictures for Janet and Shelly. Need to go get ready for bed.

Most wonderful time of the year!

Why is that? The Sharpie 500 is over with and all the campers are leaving! I had to work 6 days last week. over 50 hours, it wasnt too bad but I got absolutely nothing done at home so I will be playing catch up all week, laundry keeps pileing up and piles of mail to go through. This week is our first Varsity Football game, two more weeks till jv starts. My garage door opener quit working last week I have a leak in the pipes water is leaking in the garage. I don't like all the extra expenses involved with home repairs. Not in my budget at all.

I havent posted on here since June. We had a pretty good summer, went to the beach in June, I will be adding some new photos. Hunter got a job a Chick fila and worked up until this past Sat., he is just too busy to work, go to school, study and do band. This is his senior Amber is a sophmore she is taking drivers ed, web page design, geometry and US history this semester.

Hunter went to Friday nights race, I got him tickets for $25.00 each from one of my campers. Amber went to the Sat. night race with Preston, she didnt get home until 2:00. We both took a nap today.

I am reading New moon by Stephenie Meyer, the second book in the Twilight series. I went to have a eye exam last month and it turns out i need glasses for reading and the computer.

I am hoping to be posting to my blog more often.

Busy time

Well its been awhile since I updated on this blog. I have been really busy lately, Amber just got back from cheer camp at ASU, she had an allergic reation to pecans while there and they had to give her benadryll, that said she acted real funny while on the medicine. She is glad to get home and sleep in her own bed. Not been doing much bargain shopping lately, trying to save money to go to the beach with. We are leaving on Saturday, still have to pack.

Whats been going on...........

Well this school year is winding down. Hunter had Class night on Thursday, they do a candle lighting ceremony where a senior lights a juniors candle and then they take their place in the bleachers and then they introduce the Class of 2009 and you realize that your baby boy is going to be a senior and graduate next year! I got a little teary eyed. Today we had Kloey Kennedy, and Braden's party at Massengill park on the lake, its a pretty place to have a get together. Hunter and Amber got to fish but they didnt catch anything.

I have got to get back into scrapbooking I am so far behind. Since we had our water leak in April I dont have my light fixture back up and its kinda depressing to be down there and look at it. Lois is having a yard sale this week so I need to get some things ready for that.

Havent been to CVS this week wasnt anything I need or any great bargains to be had. I got my stimulus check, Im gonna pay for Hunter's band camp and some of Amber's cheerleading expenses with it and I am wanting to buy a Wii if I can find one. I ordered the Wii fit to start exercising with. I only went walking one night this week, hope to do it more next week.

Wednesday's news

Worked today, pretty busy stayed till 3:00. Fixed a pizza for supper and salad. I went walking around 6:00. Hunter went to interview at Marble Slab and he got a 2nd interview with Chick fila. Hopefully he will get a job before school is out and every teenager is looking for a job! Well im gonna go to bed.
