weight loss

My weight loss journey well this past 5 weeks I have lost 8 lbs. I really have been watching what I eat and working out 3 times a week at least. Me and Amber joined the Shake & Bake gym/ tanning place and I have been doing sit ups and lifting weights at home. I feel so much better and my clothes arent tight. It is hard not to get discouraged when it doesnt come off as fast as it should have but I have to look at the big picture. Since Jan. of 2009 I have lost 17 lbs! I think that is pretty good!

May Happenings

Well the school year officially over and Amber is a senior! This year has flown by and this time next year she will graduate. I started back to school this past Jan. taking online classes through northeast. Summer session starts in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to summer and all that comes with it.
